It’s my first spring in my Cincinnati home and wanted to post a few pics. I’m finally settling in a bit more. This house has a simple and spacious old world feel. It’s mostly populated with furniture I’ve picked up at the local thrift store. I love the green bedroom so much the lush green trees throw a glow into the space. I’m enjoying having my own yard and garden to tend — more than expected.

In mid-June the magnolias are in full scented bloom, the nasturtiums are my happy plants because they seem to be doing so well, and the first strawberries are making an appearance! Birds chirp in the morning and throughout the day and thousands of fireflies sparkle at dusk into the night. Wish I could capture their magic in a pic, but some things can only be experienced...
