Day Five at Penland ~ Improv Quilts!

Of course some of these folks were in the studio until 1AM working on finishing their quilt tops. Each is a variation on a traditional quilt block. Can you guess which ones?

The weekend at Penland is full of activities and the studios are open 24/7. My students will be busy working on the next improv quilt score. I'll be reporting again on Monday - with a Fourth of July surprise!
